Hong Kong bbq buns aka char siew pau brings back memories of childhood and family get together. It is a 'must order'item when visiting a dim sum restaurant.  Now we can avoid going to crowded dim sum restaurant as we can easily buy the Hong Kong BBQ buns from local supermarkets. They are soft and the filling is yummy and authentic. Only thing is it would be better if there is more meat.
