I recently tried the Hong Kong Dim Sim Kitchen Pork Soup Dumplings, and they were a pleasant surprise for a frozen option. The dumpling wrappers had a nice chewy texture once steamed, and the filling was juicy with a good balance of pork flavour and seasoning. The broth inside each dumpling added a nice richness — not too salty, but still full of flavour. They were easy to prepare, taking only a few minutes to steam, and came out looking fresh and appetising. The portion size was just right for a light meal or snack.
