Perfect ripeness gives that classic mango sunshine vibe. • Firm texture holds up well – eats clean whether you dice it for salads, blend into smoothies, or just eat straight with a spoon. Lasts longer in the fridge too without going mushy too fast. Cons: • Flavour is on the milder/sweeter side compared to punchier varieties like Kensington Pride or Honey Gold – if you love super complex, tangy depth, this might feel a tad “safer” or less exciting. • Skin’s vibrant red-blush looks amazing, but it can stain your hands/clothes if you’re not careful while peeling.
