These Australian-grown Calypso mangoes are a summer highlight, sweet, juicy and beautifully smooth. They have firm, mostly fibre-free flesh and only a small seed, so you feel like you’re getting plenty of tasty fruit in every mango. The skin’s bright yellow-orange with a lovely pink blush, and when they’re ripe they smell tropical and rich. Great fresh, in salads, smoothies or desserts, and they tend to keep on the bench a bit longer than some other types.
