Bought these Calypso mangoes and they were really good. The flesh was bright orange, juicy, and properly sweet, not watery. We cut one up after dinner and it disappeared pretty quickly. Ripeness was just right when we got them, soft enough to eat straight away but not mushy. A couple had small blemishes on the skin, but the inside was fine.

these mangoes can be a hit and miss but if you have a good look at them before buying, you can usually see which ones are good and which ones are bad. I will only get these when they are on special, and I can usually get them for around $2.90 each

Nice Calypso mango from Woolies. It is so fresh and sweet! The texture of Calypso mango is well-known for its firmness, so it is perfect for salad or desserts. The price goes up a bit lately, but still affordable if you are keen for a sweet mango!

being an Indian, I cannot emphasise on how much I love Mango!!!!!! It might not be perfect every time but I love to keep trying mangoes of different types here in Australia ~this one tastes almost next to perfect
