I love the tender, slightly sweet leaves of the Bambino. They’re more expensive than regular wombok but delicious in salads and stir fry’s.

Chinese cabbage which goes well with quite a few dishes. I make a pork carrot and cabbage soup where one of these is just the right amount for the dish. Other full cabbage heads are too big as I only need about half.
