5-Star Photo Review of Bambino Baby Wombok - single with sleeve

I picked up the Bambino baby wombok and really liked how fresh and crisp it was. The leaves were tightly packed but still tender, making it really easy to slice up for stir-fries and salads. It has that mild, slightly sweet cabbage flavour without being too strong, which made it perfect as a base for an Asian-style salad with sesame dressing. I also tried it lightly cooked, and it stayed nice and crunchy without going soggy. The size was convenient too – not as big as a full wombok, so it didn’t feel like it was too much to use up. A really handy, versatile veg to keep on hand.
