The stems are tender and cook quickly, and the texture stays crisp without going soggy. Flavour’s mild with a slight sweetness, not as strong as regular broccoli. Great tossed in a pan, steamed or added to stir-fries. Simple, fresh and doesn’t need much to taste good.
