Gut health often gets overlooked. With yakult it makes it easy to incorporate the good bacteria into your everyday diet. The light version is less sweet.

I buy these for my toddler who loves them and will have one every morning. although there is sugar in it, I feel that the probiotics are good for his gut health making it a worthwhile item to have in our house.
