I bought Yakult to help with my gut health. It tastes nice and not too milky. Easy to drink and not too sweet. Good value. Only time will tell if the drink works.

my brother loves these. takes one every morning, says it gives him a boost to his day. this one is less sugary which is a good thing

this fermented milk is a bit sour and a bit sweet, the size is small which is a perfect treat for my little one. I like this version that the sugar level is reduce which make it healthier
