My fav probiotic drink that is lighter in calories (40% less calories!). I drink one a day and my own research shows that the strand of bacteria in yakult is better than many other brands. The drink is for digestive balance and intestinal health. Made in Victoris, Australia. Highly recommended 👍 😋!
