Tasty, a little on the expensive side but a good way to get your daily probiotics. Around $8 either at coles or woolies for a 10 pack which is 650ml in total which isn't too bad for a 1 week and a half or so. Other good thing is it is made in Australia with a high percent using aussie ingredients.

Yakult is our family's favorite drink. Everyone likes drinking it. It's good for health, good for the stomach, refreshing. Pack of 6 bottles, runs out quickly. 😅

i drink each of these everyday to cleanse my gut and it actually made me lose some weight overtime.

This product is incredible due to its billion's of live cultures in there. I have one per day that I can give fermented food to my gut. One more thing: it is gluten-free and the tasty is very good.
