Photo Review of Yumi's Classic Falafel 225g

These were really, really nice. I decided to fry them in oil rather than bake them, primarily because I was concerned that baking them might make them turn out too dry. After frying, they did end up being slightly dry, but it wasn't to the point where they were completely inedible. They certainly did the job, and the flavor was quite good. I also incorporated quite a variety of vegetables into them, which was a definite plus.
