This purer i used in a pasta recipe that involved passata red wine tomato paste and italian herbs. This was the first time i have used the Annalisa brand and was pleasantly surprised by the results of this dish especially as the puree was one of the cheaper available. I would recommend using .

This is the best tomato passata. It has just tomato and salt. No acid regulator or preservatives. It is also the cheapest to buy from Woolworths. It cooks up well and taste rich, smooth and delicious.
