I really love this souvlaki bread! It’s soft, fluffy, and holds together really well when filled with meat, salad, and sauce. The size is perfect for homemade gyros or wraps, and it toasts up beautifully without going hard or chewy. It also freezes and reheats well, which is super convenient. Pros: Great texture, versatile, stays fresh. Cons: Would love if it came in a larger pack!
