Mission yellow original tortilla strips are very crunchy, no preservatives, gluten free. Made from corn flour, vegetable oil, water and salt. I use them to make nachoes, or dip them into avacado dip or guacamole dip. The tortilla chip is crunchy, crispy. I also love eating them on there own. They stay fresh in the brown bag. Cons... Pricey
