these Hydralyte tablets are fantastic for helping you hydrate. really nice tangy, sweet orange flavour and easy to drink. even though the tablets fizz and dissolve, when you drink it there’s really no bubbles. a great way to get water into you.

Signs of mild deyradtion Sticky or dry mouth, increased thirst, deceased urine output, dark yellow urine. Be aware that : Dehydration due to vomiting or diarrhoea can be dangerous in babiesand children under 5 years old and in elderly people.
