this electrolyte product from Hydralyte is really good to stop diarhea and rehydrate. This really simple to consume and easy to find in Chemist. It has some flavour likes orange, strawberry kiwi, and blackcurrant. The price is also affordable. 😆👍🏻

Wanna keep your self hydrated this orange flavoured electrolyte is a great option . It comes in 1 litre of bottle or 250ml of 4 . Taste amazing , if feeling down and low on energy this is better option for me at least .
