These banana mini muffins are a pretty good option for a snack or school lunchbox. 🍌 The ingredients are not bad overall – I really like that they’re not too sweet and made without milk, which makes them suitable for more kids. The only thing I don’t love is the canola oil, but otherwise they’re tasty, convenient, and a healthier choice than many other muffins.
