good tasting potatoes. its skin is filthy and needs scrubbing to get most of the dirt off. even then, when placed in a bowl, there’s still more dirt that sits at the bottom after being washed. I opted to peel them - I feel my family should not be exposed to eating dirt. it might be safe as jacket potatoes but there may be bacteria that doesn’t die with heat.
