Bought this 2kg bag of brushed potatoes from Coles. We usually keep these in the fridge and it will stay fresh for a few weeks.

Buying the Coles Brushed Potatoes as it one of the cheapest options in market. They are perfect for mashing and roasting. Nice creamy texture. Great taste. I dice it and make Japanese curry rice with it. However one full bag is too big for a small family. A bag usually last for a week.
