Directions for Use Adults & children 12 years and over - Dissolve 1 to 2 sachets in a cold glass of water up to 4 times daily. Do not take for more than 5 days unless advised to do so by a doctor. Ingredients Each 4g sachet contains cranberry dry extract 397mg, sodium bicarbonate 1.75g, tartaric acid 500mg, citric acid anhydrous 714mg, sodium citrate anhydrous 625mg, saccharin sodium 8mg, silica-colloidal anhydrous 10mg.
