Protein and fiber are in excellent quantity. It's too fatty and also contains too much sodium. There are no artificial colours or preservatives added.

High quality nut mix. Has a tasty mild spice sprinkled on top. Full of cashews, peanuts and almonds. Packed full of protein. Perfect post workout snack.

Majans bhuja nut mix has no added msg, great for vegetarians, vegan friendly Has protein, gluten free, no artificial colors or flavours or preservatives. Fragrentand spices with mixed nuts, of nuts, almonds, cashews, noodles, yellow peas, sunflower. I love eating them at night while watching TV, fresh, crunchy. Made in Australia.

I don’t taste delicious, different spices, all I taste is garlic. The front claims aromatic spices sprinkled over a wholesome nut medley that contrasts deliciously with crunchy nibbles and garden peas. There were maybe three cashews in the entire bag one or two almonds and the rest was the cheap filler . It gave me bad indigestion and I will not be buying it again.
