Healthy Care Fish Oil 1000mg is convenient and supports heart and brain health with a strong omega boost. Capsules are easy to swallow and low in fishy aftertaste. However, results take time and some may prefer liquid forms. Overall, a solid supplement.

Great value fish oil capsules. Huge amount in the pack for a great price. They don't smell or taste fishy at all. The new packaging is also a lot nicer. They also last a long time even if taking more than 1 capsule a day. Will definitely buy again when needed.

I bought this because I have high triglycerides so it is supposed to get those down with good oil. I gave this 5 stars because I'd much rather take this them a prescription medication.
