healthy Care fish oil is from chemist Warehouse. I only buy them when they're on half price. otherwise they're too expensive. they're great gift for anyone of any age because fish oil is good for all. however, it's too huge capsules. I can't swallow them.

Girls, if you have chipped nails and hair fall, go for it. it have 400 soft capsules in this bottle, which is quite reasonable for this price. And also, this one doesn’t have a smell after eating or after burping which i found really helpful
