Calcium plus vitamin D3 Quite a large oval shaped white tablet. Recommended 2 per day Ostelin is a well known and respected brand.

Great calcium supplement, bones feel much stronger after 30 days or so. No gluten, lactose and dairy products makes it suitable for people with allergy.

I am a breastfeeding mother and I use these tablets daily. They are recommended by my doctor. This medication helps with bone strengthening and increasing the Calcium intake, especially during pregnancy and post pregnancy.
