I have low vitamin D so I have to take these tablets. Anyone who has the same problem should definitely buy this product. It’s absolutely amazing and very affordable. It’s cheap like easy and other products are probably more expensive but this one’s good and actually affordable so I would hundred percent recommended and it’s amazing product everyone needs it in their household.

Number one vitamin D supplement on the market - always helps get my levels back up to normal and within range. I tend to stay a little on the lower end but ostelin always helps. It’s a good idea to get them when they’re on sale/in bulk because they do go on sale frequently. Easy to swallow as they’re not a large capsule either and only need one a day!

My Vitamin D levels were deemed “insufficient” during my first pregnancy so I’ve been taking this supplement for years. In my case it is much needed because with such fair skin, there isn’t really such a thing as a safe level of sun exposure. If you’re pregnant and think you’re lacking in Vitamin D then I definitely suggest speaking to your doctor about this supplement.
