I was extremely low in vitamin D due to not being in the sun and avoiding the outdoors. Instead I was working indoors. My doctor told me to take Vitamin D. Taking this product now for at least 2 years now. I never had any side effects from it and I also noticed that I don’t get sick as much as I used to before I took this product. I highly recommend this product and happy with it.
