my skin barrier has improved after about 12 months of taking this once daily without fail. I won’t go a day without taking one. works from within rather than a targeted topical treatment so allow more time and must be taken with consistency

I have been taking Nature's Own Vitamin B3 500mg for about 4 years. Since taking this product my skin has improved so much, no more BCC's or SCC's. The tablet dissolves in the mouth which is great, as I'm not good at taking large tablets whole.
