I like KBs Basa Fillets 1kg for its freshness flavour and tender texture. This Basa fillet is perfect for pan frying or baking onto a dinner plate. It has a vibrant fishy flavour and wonderful flaky texture. It’s a mix of tender meat with a firm layer on top where it hits the freshness. KB's Basa fillets is my favourite fish for work as an afternoon lunch.
