Photo Review of Adelaide Plains Barn Laid Eggs 330g

I was happy to buy Adelaide eggs, even though they are barn laid. On the day there was little choice and cost prohibitive. I eat eggs in many ways everyday, for breakfast, for baking and to make carbonara. These eggs do not show the size/weight so need to be weighed before using in baking. With a long best before date, they are very fresh. As a cost comparison I can buy a dozen same size eggs at my local grocer that these six cost me.
