Grabbed a bag of medium lemons the other day and they’ve been surprisingly versatile. They’re just the right size—not too bulky, not too tiny—so I’ve been using them for everything from salad dressings to lemon water. The juice yield is solid for their size, and the skin’s thick enough for zesting without being a pain to grate.

Im finding some of the fresh produce at my local supermarket is not as fresh as it should be. These lemons were one of those items, I needed them for a recipe , so tried to pick the best they had. Although the juice tasted okay, they were very soft! I wouldnt buy them again.
