I love fresh lemon and use a lot do them frequently. They’re great slices in cocktails, iced water or tea and make the perfect accompaniment to fish, Greek Potatoes and salads. Look for a plump slightly soft texture for a lemon packed full of fresh juice. These lemons are usually great quality and last weeks in the fridge.
