Citrus lemon is one of my favorite fruits because of its freshness and versatility. It has a bright, tangy flavor that instantly adds life to any dish or drink. The aroma is amazing — fresh, sharp, and naturally uplifting. The only downside is that it can be a bit too sour on its own, but that’s part of its charm.
