these easy to take and great tasting gummies are a great convenience. they have a mix of 2 flavors so it's not as repetitive to take. they handle the Aussie weather quite well unlike other brands that I found d melted and stuck together. these are far more convenient and a great way to add some fibre to those lacking it in their diet

They taste mediocre and I haven’t seen many results from eating the whole bottle however I sort of treated them as a snack. For you strawberry flavour was top notch. Would not buy again though.
