I’ve been trying to get a bit more omega 3 in my diet, but in the absence of achieving this I’ve bought these to boost my system. These are pretty tasty, they do have an ever so slight fishy flavour, but barely noticeable. It would be hard to make a gummy without getting the fishy flavour so they’ve done well here. Overall i don’t mind them and would definitely buy again. Will see over the next few months if they make any difference health wise.
