I use the Apple Cider Vinegar to assist with my arthritis and I feel tjat i am getting some relief and benifit App,e cider vinegar capsules can be taken for a range of health concerns and have knowledge that it is an all natural, as much as it can be, so great for your health and for the environment As with any other medicine or health herb tablet/capsule always seek medical advice

Not the highest level on ACV - would be good for someone with a sensitive stomach or who is just starting out on ACV. I brought it at half price which was good.
