Great value for money Glucosamine when on sale especially. Currently on sale at Coles. I notice the difference when not taking them for a week or so, you tend to hear and feel more of the creaking in your limbs (general wear as you age). This helps over time with flexibility and relieving inflammation in your limbs. When younger I had a basketball injury, and over the course of 2yrs took this, with fish oil alongside physio and strength exercises and no longer have the issue. Great for long term use, as like with most things do not expect miracles straight away.
