These babies are my go-to everyday multi-vitamins! I used to be one of those people who took her vitamin with a grimace and a choke, because the standard ones are just so HUGE! Those days are long gone, delicious chewy goodness 100%! The directions say 1-2 a day but I always go with 2, because they’re just delish!
