best thing I have done is start buying them my immune system was shocking and always getting sick but if I take these everyday I don't get sick very often and it's not as bad as I used to get sick. I love that they are a gummy not a tablet so it's easy to get up and just take them while I'm getting ready. and they taste nice so even easier to want to chew on
