To the question: is this helping my health, honestly im not sure. Its not like I have noticed a distinct improvement as these were meant to be complimenting g my diet. what I can say though is my last blood test put everything in levels they needed to be, I continue to not get sick (even over time) and these are pleasant to have (almost like my morning treat).

taste great and easy to chew, easy way to take vitamins compared to tablets. not sure it works but I take them everyday anyway. definitely I’m inclined to take the more regularly than other vitamins I've tried

I tried the calcium gummies from Nature’s Way before, but honestly I didn’t really enjoy the taste. However, the Women’s Multivitamin gummies are much better. The flavor is pleasant and not too strong, so it’s easy to take them every day without feeling like a chore.
