I've got 2 toddlers in the petri dish that is childcare and I figured I needed to try and find something to help me fight those germs. I nought some for my husband and some for me. I've been taking these daily and I have found that I'm sick less often and feeling overall better. Can I specifically allocate to these? Possibly not but these help me feel like I'm doing the best I can for my body. I buy these half price only and they are quite nice as well which Is a bonus.
