When this is on special at Chemist Warehouse it’s absolutely the most value for your money if you’re looking for a high-protein mass gainer shake that’s also delicious. I find other protein powders don’t last as long because you wind up using more of it to get the same results as you would from one regular scoop of the Musashi. Really effective for maintaining a weight balance if you struggle to keep it on or are trying to build up.
