Good for a small cold or flu, but it didn't work to well when my kid was very sick woth the flu. it was good enough to keep the symptoms a little at bay, but not enoug to make him feel better. I do have a bottle in yhe house at all times and give it at the first signs of cold or flu and then it works great.
