The lossengers have a good Anesthesia to them which helps numb a sore irritated throat. I buy them everytime the family gets sick , my favourite flavour too.

Lidocaine is really effective for relieving sorethroat. My partner was feeling unwell and with sorethroat, cough, sneezing. Difflan help him to stop coughing and smooth the throat. He got better in few days. I highly recommend it but maximum 4 days in a row as lidocaine is strong.

These lozenges taste good and I love the blackcurrant flavour. I talk a lot at work so they do sooth the throat but be aware they do have a laxative affect if you have too many!

These actually works! Soothes the scratchy throat within just a few minutes. Suitable for adults and children above 6yo. Blackcurrant flavour is palatable, and is sugar free too. Great for when you have a painful sore throat!

out of all the cough drops, I totally recommend these.they coat the throat especially if you have a dry cough and get that tickle it clears it up fast .
