This truffle paste is very pungent and tastes amazing. However the actual truffle ratio seems to be very little as it seems to be mostly mushroom instead

My favourite! i am a huge fan of black truffle, only adding a little of this paste to scrambled eggs makes it soo good! It allows me to satisfy my cravings when it is not black truffle seasons in restaurants
