First time trying - impressed! Having never cooked with or eaten Tofu, I was very eager to claim this sample. I used it to replace cubed pork in Chop Suey. Pan fried and then added in with the sauce and vegetables. Absolutely loved it, the firm crispy texture and the sauce coated and clung to the tofu really well, quick and easy to cook with. A healthy and good value option for meat free Mondays in our house.

I love tofu. I don't care what anyone says, I love it. And No, I'm not vegan or vegetarian it's a great very versatile protein. it has little taste, so you can literally make it whatever you want. I'm a terrible cook, but can make this taste great.
