These are nice schnitzels and slightly healthier than some with the cauliflower crumb. I didn’t think it would crisp up much with the cauliflower crumb but was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong. The only reason this loses a star is because it is a thawed product, not fresh, and can’t be refrozen. As I’m only cooking for myself most of the time, I usually would cook up one or two and freeze the rest for later, but that is not advised with this product.
