These chicken schnitzels are super handy to pop in the freezer to have on hand for a quick dinner. The crumb is delicious and crisps up nicely in the oven. Pair with a fresh salad or sliced on top of rice and peas. the quality of the chicken breast is excellent.

I like Lilydale Free Range Chicken Breast Schnitzels 400g for their juicy, tender chicken and perfectly crunchy crumb. These Lilydale's Chicken Breast Schnitzels are the juiciest, tastiest chicken schnitzel I've ever had. The flavour was great! The chicken is juicy, well-seasoned, and honestly tastes just like my grandmother's chicken cutlets. Served with a Dijon apple slaw and some roasted vegetables.
