Lilydale Free Range Chicken Breast Strips are fresh, lean, and super convenient, with good flavour and the bonus of being free range. The main downside is the higher price and the fact they can dry out fast if overcooked. Great for quick meals when you want quality without the prep.

Many chickens are content with the comforts of their barn but during an average day and dependent on conditions like the weather, some chickens will venture out and return at their leisure.
